Payment Methods

Perapack accepts three payment options for all orders:
Cash on delivery, EFT (bank transfer), and online credit card payment via PayFast.
We do not offer credit terms, and no orders will be dispatched without full payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available for all orders within Johannesburg.
If you select this option, please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the driver.
Cash payments are also accepted when collecting orders from our Johannesburg location.

Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

EFT payments are accepted for all purchases.
Banking details will be provided on the invoice sent to you after order confirmation (please check your spam folder if not received).
Use your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of payment to orders@perapack.co.za.
Orders will only be dispatched once funds have cleared, which may take up to 2 business days.
For urgent deliveries, we recommend using Instant EFT.

Online Card Payment (PayFast)

We accept secure online payments via PayFast for Visa and MasterCard.
All payments are processed through the PayFast gateway — Perapack does not store or process any card details on our website.
