Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Perapack.

If you wish to request a refund, the product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection. All returned items must be in their original condition and free from any damage.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product and proceed with the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

If payment was made via EFT, please provide your banking details so we can process the reversal. EFT refunds will also take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Returns made after 7 days or items found to be damaged will not qualify for a refund.

Please note: A handling fee of up to 15% may be charged on all approved returns and refunds, whether or not the order has already been dispatched.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer support team.

2. Inform us that you wish to return your product.

3. Arrange delivery of the item to the following address during business hours:

4. Our team will inspect the goods upon arrival.

5. If the return is approved, we will process the refund.
